Payment and Scheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Therabeehive Counseling and Coaching. To ensure a seamless and professional experience, please review our payment and scheduling policies below:

  1. Upfront Payment: All fees for sessions are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your scheduled session and ensures my availability for you.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, I will make every effort to accommodate a new session time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a full session charge.
  3. No Refund Policy: Payments for sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and paid for, it is your responsibility to attend or communicate any changes in a timely manner.
  4. Fee Increases: Should there be any adjustments to my fees, you will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect. This allows you time to plan accordingly for future sessions.
